God's Able Loyal Servants
G.A.L.S. is an organization started at First Baptist Church of Butner in January of 2006 for the young women, with a common interest of serving our Lord. We meet on the second Thursday evening of every other month at 6:00 pm, beginning with January.
At each meeting, we have a devotion lead by different group members. Our current devotions involve the reading and discussion of the book Woman to Woman by Joyce Meyer. We also use these meetings to plan upcoming service projects and fellowship ideas within both the church and the community.
Basically we are a group of women that have joined and pledged to grow together in whatever the Lord leads us to do. All women are invited to join us in G.A.L.S.
